Degeneracy item
Degeneracy is an unlockable passive item in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants an aura that slows down enemies within its radius.
Non-boss enemies that stay within the radius for 1 second or longer will be hypnotized. Hypnotized enemies spawn a friendly variant of themselves after being killed.
Bosses that stay within the radius for 1 second or longer will be confused instead.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as 
Tainted Martha.
