Vampiric Cloth item
Vampiric Cloth is an unlockable passive item in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies burst into floating bloody tears after death.
The number of bloody tears scales with the enemy's HP. Bosses will always drop 7 tears.
Picking up a bloody tear grants Isaac +1.5 flat damage that decays over 4 seconds.
Picking up 10 bloody tears heals Isaac by half a red heart.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart as 
Martha.
