Every 7th room cleared grants one of the following rewards:
• 7 Pennies.
• A random heart.
• A random high-quality coin.
• A random high-quality heart.
• A Holy Mantle shield.

Every 49th room cleared grants the effect of sleeping in a bed.

Every 393rd room cleared spawns an item from a random pool.

Defeat ??? as Mastema.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
