Loot Box Bum item
Loot Box Bum is a passive item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 4 submod.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac, collects pennies, and opens chests and sacks.
It will open up to 3-7 Locked Chests, Bomb Chests, Mimic Chests, Spiked Chests, Eternal Chests, Old Chests, 
Mega Chests, or Pay Chests per penny taken.
Transformations
Giga Bum transformation. Collecting the bums from this set will fuse them into Giga Bum, a familiar that collects pennies, opens chests, smashes tinted rocks, and puts out fires.
