Spider Bum is a passive item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 4 submod.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and eats flies, spawning a Blue Spider whenever a fly is eaten.

This includes: Blue Files, Black Flies, Attack Flies, Eternal Flies, Ring Flies, Dart Flies, Swarm Flies, and Hush Flies.

This item contributes towards the Hyper Bum transformation. Collecting the bums from this set will fuse them into Hyper Bum, a familiar that collects pennies, eats poops and flies, and grants twice as many rewards.
