Ancestral assistance is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Toybox Collection submod.

On pickup Grants a one-time Holy Mantle.

While held Has an 11% chance to fire an arrow of 6 piercing shots with x1.8 of Isaac's damage when shooting.

The fired arrow will not always fire straight. It can deviate between +20 and -20 degrees.

The chance is not affected by luck.
