Willo is a familiar in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Sewage Collection submod.

Spawns three fly orbital familiars which orbit Isaac, block projectiles, and deal 5 damage per tick (150 per second).

They teleport to random enemies during combat and shoot fire tears at them dealing 3 damage and setting them on fire.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
