Plastic bag is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Sewage Collection submod.

Killing enemies spawn 3-5 spots of brown creep with endless duration.

Standing in the creep grants +1.5 fire rate and +1 damage.

Enemies also have an 8% chance to spawn a Butt Bomb.
