Haunted rose is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Sewage Collection submod.

On pickup +1 Soul Heart.

While held Getting hit spawns 2-5 ghosts, akin to the ones spawned via Ghost Bombs.

Placing bombs has a 35% chance to turn the bomb into a Ghost Bomb.

Naturally-occurring Eternal Hearts spawn in pairs of two.
