!!!'s Last Friend is an unlockable familiar in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a stationary familiar.

Holding and releasing the fire button causes the familiar to charge in the specified direction and do a slam attack, dealing 20 damage and shooting 8 projectiles around it that deal 4.2 damage.

Dashing also creates damaging red creep which deals 1.5 damage per tick (15 per second) and lasts for 5 seconds.

The familiar deals 6 contact damage per tick (25.71 per second).

Defeat Boss Rush as !!!.
