The Fistuloids is an unlockable familiar in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns 3 orbiting Fistuloid familiars that do not block shots.

Holding and releasing the charge button causes the Fistulouds to shoot the Chubbers inside them.

The Chubbers deal 4 damage per tick (120 per second) to enemies before returning back to their shells.

Defeat Mother as !!!.
