Youch! Heart is an unlockable active item in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Using it when Isaac does not have any Broken Hearts will shoot a circle of 8 tears which deal 2x Isaac's damage and grant +2 fire rate for the room.

When used while having Broken Hearts, 1 Broken Heart gets converted into an empty heart container.

Can remove up to 5 Broken Hearts before breaking and being removed from Isaac's inventory.

Defeat Satan as !!!.
