Birth Certificate item
Birth Certificate is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac gulps all his currently held trinkets and is then teleported to a special area that contains 189 trinkets, as well as some extra pickups.
After taking a trinket, Isaac returns to the room he used Birth Certificate in.
How to unlock?
Earn all other Repentance Plus completion marks.
