Cherry Friends item
Cherry Friends is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Killing an enemy has a 20% chance to spawn a cherry familiar on the ground.
The familiar emits a charming fart when an enemy walks over them.
Upon clearing a room, cherries will drop a 
Half Heart.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as 
Tainted Magdalene.
