Blacksmith Hammer is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On use, spends 5¢, turns all trinkets in Isaac's trinket slots into their golden variant, and spawns clones of trinkets in the slots that are already golden.

If Isaac does not hold a trinket, spawns a random one instead.
