Nuclear Button is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon use, the next floor must be cleared in 2 minute and 59 seconds, or Isaac will die. There is no way to avoid the consequences.

If Isaac makes it to the next floor in time, 6 items from random item pools will spawn in the starting room, only one can be picked up.
