Dragon Neck Jewel item
Dragon Neck Jewel is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Every 1.5 seconds, a beam of light spawns on the nearest enemy. The beam also fires 5 rainbow tears in radiant shape.
Each beam deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second), and each tear deals 3.5 damage.
