Peerless Elixir is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants stat boosts for the rest of the floor:
+0.6 damage.
+0.6 fire rate.
+0.3 speed.
When Isaac uses this 4 times on the current floor, he will explode and die.
