Heirloom is an unlockable passive item in TBoI: Regambled, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All coins spawned have a chance to get their value upgraded:
• Penny → Double Penny: 50% chance
• D. Penny → Nickel: 40% chance
• Nickel → Dime: 20% chance
• Dime → Golden Penny: 20% chance

All other pickups and chests have a 7.5% chance to turn into their golden variant.

Does not affect forced pickup spawns.

If Epiphany's golden items are unlocked, items have an additional 2.5% chance to turn gold.
