Bimbcoin item
Bimbcoin is an unlockable passive item in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
All bombs Isaac has will be turned into coins, regular Bombs into 3 
Pennies, 
Golden Bombs into a 
Golden Penny and 
Giga Bombs into 
Giga Coins.
Placing a bomb costs 3¢ instead.
Works differently for Tainted ???:
If he has less than 5 poops, replenishes them, 2¢ each.
If he has more than 5 (15 with Birthright) poops, each one of them has a 50% chance to turn into a Penny, or into nothing.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greed as 
AIsaac.
