Deader Eye is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Slows all enemies in the room and creates a temporary moveable crosshair.

The crosshair can move under and mark up to 5 enemies.

After enough enemies have been marked or 5 seconds have passed, all marked enemies will be shot and damaged for ×4.5 Isaac's damage and a percentage of their max health. This percentage scales with the enemy's health, and can range between 10% and 33%.

Defeat Mother as The Sheriff.
