Quick Draw is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a revolver.

Attacking in any direction with the revolver equipped will shoot 6 piercing bullets in quick succession, dealing ×1.36 Isaac's damage per bullet. The revolver disappears after all shots have been fired.

As The Sheriff, the revolver instead shoots all of their ammo instead of just 6 bullets, excluding overflowed ammo from their Birthright.

Defeat Isaac as The Sheriff.
