A Book for Lipstick is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held Chance to replace future items with lipstick items.

Upon entering a room, there is a chance to inflict charm to each enemy for 12.67 seconds. The chance is based on Isaac's Charm Level (1/138 chance per Charm Level, 78/138 at most).

Charmed enemies will drop random coins that disappears after 1.5 seconds upon taking damage.

20% chance to replace Library items with A Book for Lipstick.

On use Every use consumes 1 charge only.

Teleport Isaac to a special super secret room layout "GHG Sales", containing 4 random lipsticks and 3 random trinkets.

Everything in this room costs 1 charge from A Book for Lipstick, and after every purchase, the price will increase by 1 charge for the room.

Picking up trinkets from this room will immediately grants a smelted version.

Using this item in this room will trigger random Hotline effects:
• Reset the price in this room.
• Force Isaac to use 1 pill.
• Triggers III - The Empress? / XII - The Hanged Man? / Holy Card
• Grants 1 stronger Lemegeton wisp (similar to Tainted Bethany's Birthright effect)

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
