Parsimony is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1% tears multiplier for every coin Isaac has above 10.
+0.2 flat damage for every bomb Isaac has above 5.
+0.2 range for every key Isaac has above 5.

If Isaac do not has enough coins, bombs or keys, his stats can be lower than his base value.

This sprite of this item is designed to be similar to a kerosene lamp. This is a reference to The Scholars (儒林外史), in which there is a miser that refuses to breathe his last, just because:
"老爷! 只有我能知道你的心事. 你是为那盏灯里点的是两茎灯草, 不放心, 恐费了油; 我如今挑掉一茎就是了"
(I know what you're thinking! You're worrying about that 2 wicks in that lamp, being afraid of wasting the oil. I'll just go pick off one)
