Tariff is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Increases the chance for modded items to appear.

The prices for modded items, trinkets or consumables increases 50%.

The prices for vanilla items, trinkets or consumables decreases 30%.

Calculate the proportion of all modded items and vanilla items Isaac has:

• The more modded items Isaac has, the more tears up he grants.
• The more vanilla items Isaac has, the more damage up he grants.
