XIII - Eternity is an unlockable consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On use, spawns 4 options. Picking up one of them to instantly kills all enemies that meets certain conditions:
• Bosses and Champion enemies;
• Invincible enemies;
• Enemies with fear effect;
• Enemy with lowest HP.

Defeat Hush as Oucal Garlin.
