XIV - Piety is an unlockable consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Remove one item Isaac held and grants a special effect.

Upon clearing a room with the special effect, spawns an item from Angel Room with +1 quality of the removed item.

Leaving the room will cause the item disappear, but Isaac can clean another room and gain higher quality items.

The special effect is lost upon taking penalty damage, or upon picking up the item spawned by the effect.
