On pickup Grants 3 Mantles.

While held Killing an enemy will have a 7.5% chance to grant 1 Mantle.

Killing an enemy under the Weakness effect will have 100% chance to grant 1 Mantle.

Enemies that deal damage to Isaac will be inflicted with Weakness for 5 seconds.

Upon taking damage, Isaac will consume several Mantles to reduce the damage, half heart per Mantle.

Isaac can have 5 Mantles from this item at most.
