Grants Activated Exoskeleton on pickup.

When Isaac has Activated Exoskeleton:
• +1.5 damage.
• +1 tears.
• +0.25 speed.
• +3 luck.
• +7.5 range.

After 3-8 minutes, the exoskeleton will become Unactivated and cause:
• x0.85 damage.
• -0.2 speed.

Reactivating
A random password combined with the move keys and shoot keys will be shown on the starting room every floor.

If the exoskeleton is Unactivated, inputting the password will reactivate it.

After that, a new password is generated, with the previous one losing its effect.
