Shoulder Massager item
Shoulder Massager is an unlockable active item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants 2 Mantles (similar to Barrier of Thorns).
Isaac can have at most 6 Mantles from this item.
Reactivates some effects that are disabled after taking non-self damage.
Recovers the Devil Room chance that is reduced by taking red heart damage.
