Bad drops item
Bad drops is an unlockable passive item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
2x fire rate, but tears are fired under a random angle between -25° and +25°.
Does not work with Antidepressant.
This item may appear within a Tainted Treasure Room as a counterpart of Eye Drops.
