Sacrifice is an unlockable active item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawn a random item in exchange for one of the following:
• Receiving a full heart of damage.
• Losing 1 heart container.
• Losing 50¢ (or 100 if Isaac has 100 or more).
• Losing 20 bombs (or 40 if Isaac has 40 or more).
• Losing 20 keys (or 40 if Isaac has 40 or more).
• Losing a random stat.
• Losing a random item from the inventory.
• Has small chance to break and spawn 2 copies of the same random item.

In some special rooms effects are slightly different:
• Shop: takes only money.
• I AM ERROR room: takes a random item.
• Boss Room: takes only stats.
• Secret/Devil Room: takes only hearts.
• Curse Room: add a random curse.
• Challenge Room: takes a random item.
• Library: reduces the luck stat.
• Sacrifice Room: takes only health.
• Angel Room: takes only money and destroys the item if Isaac does not have enough money.

Defeat Mother as Enty.
