Baby Bell is a familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a bell orbital that blocks enemy projectiles.

When hit by a projectile or touched by an enemy, the familiar will start ringing for 5 seconds.

While ringing, enemies are inflicted with fear for 1.67 seconds and are pushed back. Projectiles are deflected as well and are able to hit enemies.

After the ringing, the familiar takes 4.33 seconds to recharge, indicated by a halo appearing over its head.

The familiar deals 0.5x Isaac's contact damage, 4.29 times per second.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
