Green Apple is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 full Red Heart container.

Heals 1 Red Heart container.

When entering a new room, each enemy has a 7.5% chance of being inflicted with Nursing. These enemies will heal Isaac for half a heart whenever they would do damage, and then lose the status effect.

The chance goes up to 15% with 20 luck.

The chance can also go up if Isaac has empty Red Heart containers, at a rate of +0.625% per empty half heart, but it may never exceed 15%.

Also grants Isaac a 1% chance to fire tears that inflict Nursing. This chance goes up to 5% with 20 luck, and can also scale with empty hearts, at a rate of +0.1667% per empty half heart.

Nursing lasts for 10 seconds if inflicted by the room, or 4 seconds if inflicted by Isaac's tears.

When a Nursing enemy heals Isaac, he gets 1 second of invincibility frames.
