Creation of Man is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes a Minisaac to appear in every Boss Room.

The Minisaac will take over any damage Isaac receives as long as it is alive.

The Minisaac takes 1 HP of damage when Isaac is about to take damage.

Any type of damage is blocked, including self-sacrifice methods and items.

Isaac gains 0.5 seconds of invincibility frames when the Minisaac takes over damage, or 2 seconds if this damage was lethal to the Minisaac.
