Naga Viper is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a 10% chance to shoot a fire while firing tears, that explodes on contact.

The chance goes up to 50% with 8 luck.

The explosion can hurt Isaac.

The fire lasts for 8 seconds - it quickly starts shrinking before disappearing.

The fire deals contact damage equal to (40 + DamageStat) / 100, which scales down based on the current fire size.

The explosion deals 100x the fire's contact damage.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Basco.

This item contributes towards the Bob transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac poison immunity and make him leave green poisonous creep on the ground that deals 20 damage per second.
