Dark Bargain item
Dark Bargain is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 damage.
Spawns 4 
Pennies.
Another copy of this item appears at the start of every new floor as a Devil Deal, requiring a heart container to take.
Isaac is forced to take the copies of the item. If he tries to leave the room, the item will follow him at great speed, forcing him to take it.
If Isaac is at one heart container when entering a floor, or loses heart containers in the meantime, the item will not appear as a Devil Deal, but Isaac will still have to take it.
Taking the item will not prevent Isaac from acquiring Angel Deals.
Rerolling the item, or using Moving Box will prevent its forced pickup.
How to unlock?
Defeat satan as Fiend, Golem, Friend, and 
Inaba.
