Cherub Chubby item
Cherub Chubby is an unlockable familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and charges when Isaac is shooting.
The familiar charges forward and then sideways, forming a cross pattern.
The familiar deals 3.5 damage per tick (105 per second).
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as Fiend, Golem, Friend, and 
Inaba.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
