Careless Whispers is an unlockable familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 3 ghost familiars that orbit Isaac. They are intangible when Isaac is not shooting.

When Isaac is shooting, the ghosts become tangible and will orbit Isaac at a greater distance, while also shooting tears and being able to do contact damage.

The ghosts deal 5 contact damage per tick (50 per second).

The ghosts' tears are spectral and deal 3.5 damage. Each ghost shoots 3 tears at once, once every 2 seconds.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Whispers.

Defeat The Whispers for the first time.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
