Ganymede is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants spectral tears.

Every 6 shots, Isaac fires a burst of 4 star tears in random directions. These tears will float in the air, become stationary, and then slowly fall to the ground.

If any other tears are near the star tears, the star tears will start orbiting them and home in on enemies, while also pulling the original tears.

The stars inherit Isaac's damage and tear effects.

The stars will damage enemies if they step into them while stationary.

Picking up the item has a 10% chance to display the name as "Gunymede" instead, and the pickup quote "Heaven's call".
