Adramolech's Blessing is an unlockable active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldCharges negate damage taken - instead, they cause Isaac to explode without taking any damage, nor the explosion dealing damage to enemies.

Cannot be charged via batteries or room clears; gains one charge for every 4 marked champion enemies killed.

+10% chance for marked champions per charge.

+10% chance for Devil Room items with quality lower than 3 to be rerolled into a higher quality item.

On useGrants permanent stat ups:
• +0.1 speed.
• +0.15 fire rate (caps at 5).
• +0.375 flat damage.
• +0.03 shot speed.
• +1.5 luck.

All stat ups are doubled if playing as Xaphan.

Defeat The Fallen Light as Xaphan.

This item contributes towards the Cultist transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will spawn a candle familiar which follows Isaac while regularly shooting 3 piercing blue fire projectiles at the closest enemy for 4-5 damage.
