Divine Approval is a passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup +3 Soul Hearts.
Adds a Gold Heart to every heart in Isaac's health bar.
While held +0.25 fire rate for every Gold Heart held.
+1 Gold Heart per floor.
