Celestial Paw is an unlockable active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Converts all non-boss enemies in the room into Half Soul Hearts.

All bosses take damage equal to 25% of their max health, and if they die from this they also spawn a Half Soul Heart.

Complete [GOD] The Galactic Approach challenge.

This item contributes towards the Celeste transformation. Collecting 2 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and constantly spawns little homing yellow tears around him dealing 20% of Isaac's damage.
