Portable Confessional item
Portable Confessional is an active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Damages Isaac for half a heart and spawns a 
Soul Heart.
When entering a new Angel Room, this item receives a full charge.
If Isaac has any Broken Hearts and the item is used in an Angel Room, the item is removed and Isaac will lose up to 3 Broken Hearts.
