War Banner is a passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+5 bombs.

When a bomb Isaac placed explodes, a small banner with an aura is spawned at the location of the explosion.
Isaac can place a banner once every 1.5 seconds and their effects stack.

While standing in the aura, Isaac will be granted one of the following buffs: Red +10% damage. Blue +0.3 fire rate. Yellow +0.1 shot speed.
