Leech item
Leech is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and attacks nearby enemies, healing Isaac for half a red heart upon killing an enemy.
The familiar deals 1.5 damage per tick (3.21 per second).
Can spawn from destroying buckets in Downpour or Dross.
