Bob's Brain item
Bob's Brain is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and launches forward while shooting.
If it hits an enemy, it deals 3.5 damage to the enemy and explodes. The explosion deals 100 damage and poisons enemies in its blast radius.
The explosion can hurt Isaac, dealing a full heart of damage.
Upon exploding, the familiar re-appears after a few seconds.
