BBF item
BBF is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that flies around the room diagonally and explodes upon contact with an enemy.
The explosion deals 100 damage to all enemies within its blast radius and 10 to the enemy it touched.
After exploding, it will respawn again after 10 seconds, or upon entering a new room.
The explosion can hurt Isaac.
