Holy Crown trinket
Holy Crown is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Causes a Treasure Room and Shop to generate in the Cathedral.
The trinket must be held prior to entering the floor in order to take effect.

How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as 
Tainted Magdalene.
