Torn Pocket is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Isaac drops 2 random pickups from his inventory (coins, bombs, or keys) upon taking damage.

Dropped pickups can be converted to other types of pickups which often results in a net positive. E.g. a coin can turn into a dime.
